Seres-Arcadis SB JV2 LLC, Charleston, South Carolina, was awarded a $17,880,395 firm-fixed-price contract to conduct remedial investigations, with the option to conduct feasibility studies, at 11 installation areas where aqueous film forming foam or other per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances releases have occurred. Messer Construction, Dayton, Ohio, was awarded an $8,640,000 firm-fixed-price contract to renovate Building 654 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, with an estimated completion date of July 28, 2023. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation, defense-wide funds in the amount of $8,640,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-22-C-0013).

Weston Solutions Inc., Peachtree Corners, Georgia, was awarded an $8,590,275 firm-fixed-price contract to maintain and repair petroleum systems and facilities. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Anniston, Alabama; Fort Rucker, Alabama; Starke, Florida; Columbus, Georgia; Dahlonega, Georgia; Savannah, Georgia; Palmerola, Honduras; Grenada, Mississippi; Hattiesburg, Mississippi; Morrisville, North Carolina; Salisbury, North Carolina; Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina; Southport, North Carolina; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Salinas, Puerto Rico; Guaynabo, Puerto Rico; and Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 7, 2023. Fiscal 2022 revolving funds in the amount of $8,590,275 were obligated at the time of the award.  U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W912DY-22-F-0081).

Avion Solutions Inc.,* Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded an $8,555,935 hybrid (firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials) contract for technical support for the Fixed Wing Project Office. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 2, 2027. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $8,555,935 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-22-F-B002).

U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND

Schuyler Line Navigation Company LLC, Annapolis, Maryland, was awarded a modification (P00010) on contract HTC711-19-D-W001 in the amount of $7,527,880. This modification provides ocean liner service. Work will be performed in Jacksonville/Blount Island, Florida; and U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The period of performance is from March 1, 2022, to Feb. 28, 2023. Fiscal 2022 Transportation Working Capital Funds were obligated at award. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract from $21,717,928 to $29,245,808. U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
