Samsung Galaxy S25 FE to have a flagship display

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 FE will have a flagship display feature, unlike its predecessor from last year. According to a new report out of Samsung’s home of South Korea, the company has decided to use a flexible OLED panel for the S25 FE. These are more expensive than rigid OLED panels, and thus are generally only used in flagship smartphones.

Even though the S25 FE doesn’t fit that bill, Samsung has apparently decided to give it this flagship feature in order to better help differentiate it from the likes of the Galaxy A series. The flexible OLED panels can be bent and thus allow for symmetrical bezels on all sides of the screen too, though it’s unclear if Samsung will go this route.

Anyway, it’s an upgrade compared to the S24 FE, and based on previous rumors, there won’t be many others. The Galaxy S25 FE could in fact be powered by the same Exynos 2400e SoC as its predecessor. The cameras will be identical too, with one notable exception – the upgraded selfie snapper.
