The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to go official on February 25, and while we already have a fair idea of what to expect from this flagship, the latest leak about the Xiaomi 14 Ultra by German blog WinFuture leaves little to the imagination as it also corroborates some previous rumors.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and come with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage in Europe. However, a 1TB model is also expected in some markets.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will pack a 6.73″ 120Hz AMOLED screen of 1440p resolution and 3,000 nits peak brightness. It will have HDR10+ support and a fingerprint scanner underneath for biometric authentication.
Around the back, we have a big camera island with LEICA branding housing flash modules and four 50MP cameras. The setup comprises one primary camera using a 1″ type sensor, one ultrawide unit, one telephoto unit (3.2x zoom), and one periscope telephoto unit (5x zoom).
The primary and ultrawide cameras have f/1.6 and f/1.8 apertures, respectively, while the two telephoto units have f/3.0 apertures. The source claims that Xiaomi 14 Ultra can record 8K@24fps and 4K@24/30/60fps videos. It will also record 1080p slow-mo videos at 1,920 fps, but take this with a pinch of salt. For selfies and video calls, you’ll get a 32MP front-facing camera that can record 4K videos.
Keeping the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s lights on will be a 5,300 mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support. The rest of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s highlights include NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 7, USB-C, and dual-SIM slots. It will be 9.2mm thick, weigh 220g, and have IP68 dust and water resistance.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come in white and black colors with vegan leather backs and aluminum frames. There will also be a version with a titanium frame, but the source claims it won’t be available everywhere initially.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s 16GB/512GB model will be priced at €1,499 ($1,615/INR134,055) in France and probably some other European markets.
